It always helps when you have great visual content to carry the site so the design can stay invisible.
"Sold!" icon slides away as the header minimizes to maximize the view of the featured gallery.
I applied parallax scrolling (0.2x for the gallery and the content below which is delayed for the gallery text briefly before returning to normal) to make this single-page website dynamic, also rounding the border of the embedded map (doesn't work on Safari — please let me know if you know a trick!).
Kept it simple throughout with the listing description on top, followed by a video highlighting the suite and building amenities as well as a profile of the surrounding area, the rest are articulated in lists — very easy to consume.
